Located in a high standard and quiet residence area, Villa Valeria is a modern and elegant house with spacious terraces on different levels. The pool with build in stairs has the aprox size of 8m x 4m

The open space living area with american kitchen is located on street level and has a big roofed terrace in front with a wonderful view at the mountain Puig de Galatzo.

4 double bedrooms with bath in suite are at pool level. All bedrooms have access to the outer terraces and pool area.

Within a 5 min drive you find different beaches, bars and restaurants, shopping areas and the Phillipe Starck designed harbour Port Adriano.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
