A particular highlight is the double barbecue area, which can be operated with both wood/charcoal and gas. Right next to it is a covered veranda with a high table and stools - perfect for cozy barbecue evenings with a view of the sea.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious entrance area that leads into the open-plan living area with panoramic views over the sea. The stylish living room is connected to a high-quality designer kitchen and is elegantly divided by a modern, free-hanging fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with first-class appliances and offers direct access to the terrace with dining area and pool.
