All 4 equivalent double bedrooms have all a bathroom en suite and offer an amazing view. The large panoramic sliding windows fuse the interior with the exterior and while opening you enjoy the light breeze of the sea. The living and dining area has a white and stylish kitchen. All furniture are design classics in the colors white, grey, black with wooden doors as an accent and designer details.

Description

The garden has been designed for the conditions directly on the sea front. From the 70m2 large terrace with pool you look over a unique bay, Cala Magrana (no sandy beach, the sand beach is situated 500 meters from the property). The harbor village Porto Cristo can be reached in approx 2 KM and offers various restaurants and shops.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
