Just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by Mediterranean nature, this stylishly renovated villa perfectly blends Mallorcan tradition with modern elegance. Located in the peaceful area of Llenaire, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The beautifully maintained garden with fruit trees, a large saltwater pool with integrated whirlpool, and a welcoming terrace with barbecue promise pure relaxation. A special highlight is the cozy reading room with a library and views of a small indoor pond – perfect for unwinding. Music and game lovers will appreciate the piano and billiard table.

Three of the four tastefully furnished bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, one of which also includes a private indoor whirlpool. The owners personally take care of every detail – ensuring a stay full of comfort, tranquility, and authentic Mallorcan charm.

The charming villa "Moliner Almadrava" is nestled in an idyllic and quiet location between the historic town of Pollença and its picturesque bay. Surrounded by rural landscape, guests enjoy a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, cafés, and restaurants can be found in nearby Pollença. Only about 900 meters separate the house from the family-friendly sandy beaches of the Bay of Pollença, such as the popular Can Cap de Bou – ideal for relaxed days by the sea.
