The imposing villa is located in a quiet and noble villa urbanization of Nova Santa Ponça. The spacious property has 2 large covered terraces with dining table and a cozy chill-out area. In addition to a large pool in a well-kept garden, the villa offers a special highlight - the big roof terrace offers an amazing view, sun loungers and a BBQ area. Only 2 km away you can find the marina of Port Adriano with excellent restaurants and shops. The golf course of Santa Ponsa and Poniente are also just a few minutes (by car) away.

The alarm system must always be switched on when leaving the house and at night. If something happens because the alarm system was not switched on, the tenant is fully liable for the damage in and around the house, as the insurance company is not liable.

Poolheizung: 350,00 Euro / Woche

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
