The modern Villa "Lifetime" impresses with its breathtaking hillside location in Font de Sa Cala and direct views of the Mediterranean. The spacious pool terrace features an infinity pool, a wind-protected sunbathing lawn, and a cozy outdoor lounge, inviting you to relax. A second, natural stone-framed terrace offers an additional pool, which can be optionally heated or cooled. A shaded dining area with a summer kitchen, table tennis, and a billiard table completes the outdoor experience.

Inside, you will find six air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV, an elegant living room with sea views, and a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen. The modern architecture with large glass fronts creates bright, open spaces and maximum living comfort. Parties and celebrations are not allowed, ensuring absolute privacy in an exclusive setting.

A special highlight: The villa's own motorboat "Lifetime" can be booked upon request. Additionally, the villa offers two SUP boards. The rental fee is €200 per board per stay (transport and storage at the beach available). Payment is made on-site.

The villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Cala Provençals, between Cala Ratjada and Canyamel.
