Located 5 minutes outside of Llucmajor, this villa is situated in an ideal area for many activities. Whether hiking to the monastery, bike rides, beach visits or a shopping day in Palma (25 minutes by car), here are no wishes unfulfilled. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy their passion at the nearby Son Antem, Son Gual and Majoris golf courses. The airport can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

On cooler days, the sauna is available and there is a fireplace on the grounds where you can spend wonderful evenings.

The house offers space for 8 people. However, it is possible to book the neighbouring finca (on request), as it is connected to the house via a lockable garden gate. The Finca de Oro offers 2 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and in total there is enough space for up to 12 people.

Nestled at the foot of the Randa mountain overlooking the monastery, this enchanting villa offers 8,000 m2 landscape. The illuminated pool, as well as the spacious pool area with TV, invite you to linger outdoors. In the house there are 4 double bedrooms with bath en-suite. The cozy and stylish furniture ensures a pleasant living environment.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
