It is perched on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of picturesque villages, the Serra de Tramuntana and the gently rolling hills. Thanks to its elevated position, a pleasant breeze often provides cooling - particularly beneficial on hot summer days.

Description

The house itself has five spacious double bedrooms, each with its own well-equipped bathroom. There is also a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, a library and TV room, a separate office, a guest toilet and an inviting hallway with connecting corridors. The stylish interior combines classic furniture with Scandinavian and French antiques, creating a charming and relaxed atmosphere.

The outdoor area offers plenty of seating for relaxing. A covered dining area offers space for up to 12 people and makes dining together in the open air particularly enjoyable. The entire property is equipped with a high-quality BOSE lifestyle music system, which is divided into five zones - both indoors and outdoors. A large flat-screen TV is available in the TV room, and the entire property offers wireless internet so guests can stay connected at all times.

The spacious, deeper saltwater pool stretches over 13 metres and has a diving board at the end. The adjoining pool house is equipped with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue area and a large dining table for up to 10 people. There is also a separate music system for the pool area. Comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table provide additional leisure fun around the pool.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price.

The rental price includes a weekly change of towels and bed linen.

The final cleaning is charged with 500,- €.

The obligatory daily cleaning service is charged at 50,- € per day in cash on site.

A one-off service fee of €48 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A security deposit of € 5,000 must be paid.
