All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and final cleaning are included in the rental price. To cover heating costs in the colder months, €32.00 per day is charged. A one-off service fee of €48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

A deposit of €500.00 must be paid.
