Like an eagle´s nest, this villa nestles peacefully within the scenic rock formations right above a serene, small bay in Cala San Vincente. From the property a small path leads to the rugged bay of Cala Carbó, but it is also only a few walking minutes to the sandy beach of seaside resort Cala San Vincente. Pollenca is about 10 driving minutes away.

Description

The 4-bedroom villa was completely renovated in 2008. The living space was extended to 180m² and the interior refurbished with stylish and tasteful Majorcan lifestyle elements, as well as contemporary mod-cons as air-conditioning or central heating and isolation glazing for the chillier days of the low season. Almost all rooms and terraces provide for breath-taking sea views. On 70m², the main terrace boasts a brick-built BBQ, an outside kitchen, a large teak dining table and a comfortable lounge area for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment of the unrivalled panoramic sea and coastline views. An outside fireplace and fully extendible glass walls even allow for using this marvelous entertainment area during the low season. A few stairs up lead to the main furnished sun deck and swimming pool (10 x 5 m) on top of the villa. Spectacular 360° panoramic mountain and sea views unfold from this privileged, private location – and at night enjoy swimming underneath the stars or the unforgettable ambience of the lights of Cala San Vincente sparkling romantically in the distance.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
