The beautiful Villa Bendinat Golf impresses with its proximity to the gym, tennis court and shopping centre, all within walking distance. The golf course in Bendinat or the fashionable marina of Puerto Portals with numerous restaurants are also only a few minutes away by car. Palma's old town can be reached in about 10 minutes (by car).

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
