The prices are designed for an occupancy of 8 persons. If only 6 people are travelling, the price can be reduced on request.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15 per day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.
