This newly built country home is located in the peaceful surrounds of the village Es Llombards. Several seaside resorts and beaches are are just a couple of car minutes away.

Description

The country home offers 380 m² of large, harmonious spaces for holiday relaxation and enjoyment. The living room with fireplace flows into the adjoining dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area. All 5 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite – the other 4 bedrooms share 2 family bathrooms.

Hinweis: Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500,00 € wird bei Buchung berechnet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
