This designer finca is located in a rural location between Cas Concos - with good restaurants - and Felanitx. Santanyi with his weekly market is within easy reach for purchases of all kinds. 

Description

The property has various spacious rooms with access to a patio with a 20 meter long and partly 5 meter deep pool. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Here you also have access to the roof terrace with a beautiful view. One of the bedrooms even has a small kitchenette for morning coffee.

A large 4th bedroom with double bed is available on the ground floor. From here, a staircase leads to the basement, where not only the utility room is located, but also the sauna and jacuzzi invite you to relax during the colder days. This authentic finca offers underfloor heating as well as a fireplace in the dining area and another in the TV room, where you can also read a book in peace.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
