All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, and cleaning are included in the rental price.To cover energy costs, €43.00 per day will be charged. A one-time service fee of €48.00 is levied for on-site assistance and our 24/7 emergency service.

A refundable damage deposit of 1.500,00 € will be charged with the booking.

Intermediate mid-week cleaning with changing towels 167,00 - 233,00 €. The cost depends on the number of travekers and is payable on-site.
