Description

The luxurious property is oriented to the south and very lightly and sunny. The House consists of a main house with a tower room and an integrated guest area. The highlight is small "in-house" Spa area with an approx. 3 x 5 meter indoor pool with waterfall, which can be heated in winter, large shower area and a toilet. In the outdoor area, there is an 18 meter long overflow pool with a large and beautiful terrace and two electrically operated sun sails as well as a large dining table for social barbecue. The Finca features air conditioning and underfloor heating. Heated indoor pool on request: 200 € p/w

The small place S´Alqueria Blanca is just a few minutes away and offers some good bars and restaurants. Several beaches are near to reach, like the sandy beach of Cala Mondragó and the beach S'Amarador in the natural park Mondragó. The beautifully situated golf course Vall d' Or is also only a 10 minute drive away.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
