Description

This stunning villa is situated in S'Alqueria Blanca in the south east of Mallorca and offers special sea views to the island of Cabrera.

The luxurious property is oriented to the south and very lightly and sunny. The House consists of a main house with a tower room and an integrated guest area. The highlight is small "in-house" Spa area with an approx. 3 x 5 meter indoor pool with waterfall, which can be heated in winter, large shower area and a toilet. In the outdoor area, there is an 18 meter long overflow pool with a large and beautiful terrace and two electrically operated sun sails as well as a large dining table for social barbecue. The Finca features air conditioning and underfloor heating. Heated indoor pool on request: 200 € p/w. The use of the sauna is included. Bathrobes can be provided upon request for indoor use only.

The small place S´Alqueria Blanca is just a few minutes away and offers some good bars and restaurants. Several beaches are near to reach, like the sandy beach of Cala Mondragó and the beach S'Amarador in the natural park Mondragó. The beautifully situated golf course Vall d' Or is also only a 10 minute drive away.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, and cleaning are included in the rental price. A one-time service fee of €48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Note: The down payment is 30%. A deposit of €1,000.00 will be charged upon booking. Alternatively, our deposit insurance can also be taken out.

Pool heating (indoor pool) optional: €200.00 per week.

Special Cancellation Fees:

Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
Between 89 and 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
From 29 days before the rental start date or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price
