Description

A private driveway fringed with lavender bushes leads to the large courtyard in front of the main entrance. The beautiful 200- year old restored entrance door leads into an impressive reception hall opening up to the large down stair lounge and the upper gallery. Shopping for basic daily needs can be done in the small village of Calonge, about 2 km away, while it is about 5 km to a choice of beautiful beaches at Cala d´Or or Porto Colom.

Alle Nebenkosten für Wasser, Gartenpflege, Poolpflege und Reinigung sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Für die Betreuung vor Ort und unseren 24/7 Notfalldienst wird eine einmalige Servicegebühr in Höhe von € 48,00 erhoben.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
