This beautiful villa stays absolutely quiet on a 34.200 m² plot with an indescribable view of the open sea. The proximity to the beaches, such as the Cala Mastella and the fast accessibility of Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town make this property very special. The spectacular pool area with waterfall and countercurrent system invite you to relax.

Description

The spacious, exclusively furnished finca rests on a gentle hill. From the large pool terrace and from all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside and out into the open sea. The beaches are within 5 minutes by car and Ibiza town is only 15 minutes by car away.

Others

On the property there is also a guest house with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and living room for the 9th until 12th person. In one bedroom you will find a doublebed and a bathroom en-suite, in the other bedroom you will find a big sofabed for 2 persons and a separat bathroom. The guest house is bookable only on request and with a supplement!

Kaution: 3.000,- €

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
