The representative holiday home has been renovated to cater for most weary guests, but without abandoning its delightful, authentic Majorcan ambience. It is situated between the old town of Pollença and the beaches of Port de Pollença, which are a mere 4,5 km away.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
