Finca Flor de la Vida in Son Macia (Majorca, Southeast)

The finca is located in the hills between Son Macia and Felanitx facing south and offers great views. It's a delightful hideaway for those looking for peace and quiet.

The holiday home is modern and furnished to a high standard, but at the same time enchants with the charm of a traditional finca. The design and materials run like a red thread through the entire house.

On the ground floor is the open plan living area with the fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with fireplace.In addition, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a small bedroom with a pull-out bed and private access to the garden and the breakfast terrace with herb garden. There is also a separate guest toilet in the entrance area. 

On the upper floor, the master bedroom also offers a great view. The oversized bed             (2.20 x 2.00 m) invites you to sleep in. Attached is a bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool tub. The bedrooms in the tower are shielded against electrosmog with a power switch and can be supplied with Wi-Fi if required. 

The outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and relax. There is even a yoga and meditation place slightly elevated on the slope behind the house. Next to the terrace is the outdoor sauna and a covered barbecue area, which invites you to great BBQs in the evening. Below the terrace is the natural garden to.

The house can also be self-sufficient (e.g. in the event of a power failure) through solar and photovoltaic systems and a water filter system. During the construction phase, the energetic experience was deliberately implemented into a holistic concept through location, orientation and materials. The sauna can be booked on request.
