The exceptional location at the Calvario mountain, very close to the old town of Pollensa and the comfortable, high quality furnishing, make this Finca a sought-after vacation home. Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
