On the spacious 15,000 m² estate of the private finca, you can enjoy complete seclusion and tranquillity.

There are two individually designed double bedrooms on the ground floor, while four further bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All rooms offer maximum comfort as well as wonderful views of the garden and, on the upper floor, the sea. Large beds, cosy seating areas, spacious terraces and modern, spacious bathrooms ensure maximum comfort in every room. High-quality designer furniture, full HD televisions and Bluetooth sound systems offer you the perfect environment to relax in after an eventful day.

The fully equipped and luxurious high-gloss kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs and invites you to enjoy convivial cooking evenings where you can savour Mediterranean cuisine to the full. Both the kitchen and the living room offer direct access to the terrace, which is surrounded by numerous fragrant trees.

The well-tended Mediterranean garden is atmospherically lit in the evening and invites you to linger. In the outdoor area you will find the spacious pool, which invites you to swim and relax. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool. The terrace and the covered barbecue area function as a stylish lounge area, ideal for relaxing and socialising - the perfect setting for a cosy barbecue evening.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and final cleaning are included in the rental price. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

In autumn and spring it is possible to heat the pool, which costs € 60.00/day. This flat rate is also charged for pre-heating, which can take between 1 and 5 days.

A deposit of € 3.000,00 must be paid.
