Description

The newly built, beautiful Stone Finca is situated on a 15.000 m² property near the picturesque seaside resort Porto Colom. The towns of Felanitx and Santanyi, several smaller beaches or the golf Course Vall d´Or are all reachable within 10 to 15 minutes by car.

In July and August the property is only available for Saturday-Saturday bookings.

Hinweis: Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500,00 € wird bei Buchung berechnet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
