Rustic holiday home for 6 people in a wonderful hillside location with panoramic views

Description

This beautiful natural stone finca is located in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains and is therefore very popular with hikers, but the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and Pollença are also within easy reach by car. From the various terraces you have a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. A large covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and seating set as well as a brick barbecue so that nothing stands in the way of cosy barbecue evenings. Another covered terrace is located by the large saltwater pool, where you can also relax on the sun loungers. The interior of the house has been furnished with tasteful, high-quality furniture and offers a living/dining area with adjoining open-plan kitchen, which is of course fully equipped. There are also three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom. A really great house where you are sure to enjoy the peace and relaxation you need after your stressful everyday life!

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.

In July, August and September only bookings from Saturday to Saturday are possible.
