Finca Can Sestada in Sa Pobla (Majorca, North)

The exceptional finca Can Sestada has been extensively restored and is located just two kilometres outside the charming village of Búger. Thanks to its excellent location, the beaches and golf courses can be reached in no time at all.

The village of Búger is located on a hill, 36 kilometres from Palma, in the middle of a magnificent landscape in the north of Mallorca. Typical windmills, small streets and houses that are hundreds of years old give the village its special Mallorcan character.

The estate dates back to the late 16th century. During the restoration, the structures of the old Mallorcan buildings and many elements of traditional construction such as walls, windows and wooden beams were preserved, while at the same time maximising the comfort of the house to meet today's requirements.

The main house for 4 people has two double bedrooms on the ground floor, two bathrooms, a cosy living-dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.

The independent flat with separate entrance for 2 persons offers a double room with bunk bed with a low height of 1.20 m . 1,70 m. There is also a shower room and a living area with cosy seating.

The outdoor area boasts a beach-style pool, a barbecue with kitchen and a summer dining room. For a carefree family holiday, a pool fence can be provided on request. The 3,000 m² garden is carefully tended and planted with native trees, a holm oak forest and lawns. Enjoy your meals outdoors amidst the lush flora and relax on the sun lounger by the pool. 

The excellent location allows access to the beaches of the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and the golf courses of Alcanada and Pollensa in just a few minutes.

Finca Can Sestada is part of 3 independent houses (Finca Can Mirada and Finca Can Ravell) and offers the possibility of renting them together, resulting in a total occupancy of 26 people - ideal for holidays with friends or family. Each house has its own entrance, pool and garden area - so they are completely independent of each other.

A pool fence, socket fuses and a staircase safety device can be provided on request, making the property an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday for families with small children.

In the summer months of July and August, bookings are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
