Description

This peacefully located, renovated finca near the village of Es Carritxó offers breathtaking panoramic views of the coast and the sea. The beautiful southeast coast, with its numerous beaches, is easily accessible.

The outdoor area invites relaxation with several covered terraces, a large charcoal grill, and a dining table. Around the 8 x 4 m kidney-shaped pool, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, complemented by a separate children's pool (0.5 m deep). Part of the garden also features a grassy area.

On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, the dining area with a fireplace, and the living room, which is divided into a TV area and a fireplace room. Two fireplaces and underfloor heating provide warmth during the cooler months. There's also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on this floor.

The three other double bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which also includes a small TV nook. Two of the rooms offer sea views, with one of them featuring a private terrace. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer high levels of comfort.

This property is ideal not only for a relaxing family holiday but also for couples who enjoy spending their days on the golf course and relaxing in peace in the evenings.
