Finca Can Ravell is strategically located close to Pollensa and Alcudia and offers an ideal balance between tranquillity and comfort.

From the main entrance you enter a beautiful cobbled courtyard leading to an oak panelled door and archway. Rustic charm, outdoor living space and modern comfort can be enjoyed in this carefully restored house. Natural stone walls, oak beams, authentic stone floors and marble arches will immerse you in another world.

Through Mallorcan double wooden doors you enter the entrance hall, at the rear of which is the dining area, which leads through double doors to the rear terrace and pool area. To the right of this area is the classic style kitchen with an original stone sink, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge/freezer is located in the dining area and the washing machine is located in the laundry room by the pool. To the right of the entrance, a door leads into the open-plan living/lounge area with original stone walls and decorative fireplace on two levels.

A door leads into a corridor; to one side is a shower room. Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a living area with large windows offering magnificent views of the mountains. On the ground floor and to the left of the entrance hall is a further twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A staircase leads from the dining area to the upper floor to the other bedrooms, which consist of three twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and living areas, one of which has access to a private terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The kidney-shaped pool, measuring 42 m², slopes gently downwards and is surrounded by cosily furnished sun terraces and a lawned area. The paved terrace with its peaceful seating shaded by mature trees is a wonderful place to relax. The original casita now houses the brick-built barbecue and the covered dining area - enjoy romantic candlelit meals here in the evening.

This property is part of 3 independent houses (Finca Can Mirada and Finca Can Sestada) and offers the possibility of renting them together, resulting in a total occupancy of 26 people - ideal for holidays with friends or family. Each house has its own entrance, pool and garden area - so they are completely independent of each other.

On request, a pool fence, socket protectors and a stair gate can be provided, making the property an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday for families with young children.

In the summer months of July and August, bookings are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
