Description

This newly built country house is located in the east of the island, just 4 kilometres from the "Costa de los Pinos" beach. The name of this pine coast could not have been more apt, as the enchanting Costa de los Pinos delights its visitors with extremely attractive, strong colour contrasts between the lush green pine trees and the crystal-clear, azure blue sea. With several beaches and coves, the Costa de los Pinos has something for everyone. Here you can find small, romantic and unspoilt bays as well as gently sloping beaches with fine sand that are ideal for swimming and fishing. There are also numerous water sports facilities.

The house is bright, friendly and furnished in a modern, minimalist style.  The house's own pool is fenced so that you can enjoy a carefree holiday, as small children cannot access the pool unsupervised. Enjoy the warm evening hours by the pool or on the terrace and let your perfect holiday come to a relaxed end.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat rate of € 100.00 is charged for the final cleaning. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.
