A perfect country retreat for a maximum of four people

Description

This newly built house is ideal for couples or small families looking for a property to enjoy a pleasant stay in the countryside. It stands detached on a 1,500 m2 plot and offers you all the privacy you could wish for during your holiday. In front of the house and its sunny terrace is the 4 x 8 metre pool and 4 comfortable sun loungers await you. From there you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. On the terrace you will find a dining table with four chairs. There is a large barbecue next to the house. As you enter this fully air-conditioned holiday home, you come into the combined living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances you need: Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find all the other small utensils you need for cooking. The house has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle and WC and also a guest toilet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.

From June to September only bookings of 7 days are accepted.
