This beautiful country estate near the picturesque village of Búger invites you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Located very close to Pollensa and Alcudia, this place offers the perfect balance between privacy and comfort.

The entrance hall of the house is designed in the style of a courtyard with cobblestones, wooden beams and an original stone archway. The entrance hall leads to the living and dining area, where there is also a bathroom and a utility room. The kitchen has direct access to the outside area and is fitted with stainless steel and wooden units and the latest appliances.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom which has a separate shower room, a lounge, a guest WC and a spacious rear terrace.

The first floor is accessed via a staircase from the entrance hall. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed and three double bedrooms with separate beds and all with an en-suite bathroom.

This property is part of 3 independent houses (Finca Can Ravell and Finca Can Sestada) and offers the possibility of renting them together, resulting in a total occupancy of 26 people - ideal for holidays with friends or family. Each house has its own entrance, pool and garden area - so they are completely independent of each other and you can't see the neighbours.

A pool fence, socket fuses and a staircase safety device can be provided on request, making the property an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday for families with small children.       

In the summer months of July and August, bookings are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
