Enchanting finca property for up to 10 people

Description

This charming holiday home made of natural stone offers enough space for up to 10 people. The main house can accommodate up to 8 guests, while the outbuilding can accommodate a further 2 people. The spacious garden, which is landscaped with Mediterranean plants and trees, is home to a 10 x 5 metre pool, which provides refreshing cooling in the hot summer months. There is a separate children's pool for younger guests and plenty of sun loungers for you to relax on. On the covered terraces you will find a cosy seating area as well as a large dining table, ideal for al fresco dining.

The main house has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has another double bed, which can accommodate four people. Two of the four double bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each have their own en-suite bathroom.

The annexe is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, an adjoining living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Air conditioning in the annexe also provides additional comfort.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and final cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. For each additional person € 15,- /day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

On request only the main house can be reserved for a reduced price.

For a stay of less than 7 days € 150,- will be charged extra.
A deposit of € 500,00 must be paid.
