Description

Old, very attractively renovated, typical Mallorcan country house on the outskirts of Buger. Very thick natural stone walls keep the rustic house pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining area on the ground floor. The three double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a further bathroom are located on the upper floor. The large house has an attractive interior design and offers you plenty of space to simply retreat. The spacious garden with lawns and a marvellous pool invites you to relax on one of the sun loungers. There is a private tennis court for the more sporty among you and in the evening you can treat yourself to a delicious barbecue on the fixed grill. You will feel at home here!

All additional costs for water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat rate of € 150.00 is charged for the final cleaning. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.
From June to September the minimum rental period is 7 days..
