Nestled in the tranquil, rural landscape of Muro, this 3,000 m² estate offers everything your heart desires: a large pool (12 x 12 m) for swimming laps and refreshing dips, lush lawns with sunny spots and shade-providing trees, as well as numerous cozy retreats.

This traditional villa, over 100 years old, masterfully combines historic charm with modern comfort. Lovingly renovated, Can Jener features a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms with showers and/or bathtubs, and a large flat-screen satellite TV. The tasteful interior design, accented with natural tones, stone, and wood, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Children can play freely while adults unwind on sun loungers or enjoy the covered pool terrace. For memorable evenings, the veranda offers a cozy seating area and a dining space perfect for sociable BBQ gatherings.

Spanning 400 m², the villa provides ample space for relaxation and shared activities. The ground floor boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area with direct access to the covered garden veranda, along with a bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms and bathrooms, all equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, as well as a convenient reception room with a sofa and a small kitchen. A short pathway from the balcony leads directly to the pool, making it easy to serve snacks or chilled drinks to family and friends.

Despite its tranquil, rural setting, this holiday home is a perfect base for exploring the island. The nearby main road takes you to the village of Muro in just five minutes, where you’ll find supermarkets for daily needs and charming cafés to enjoy a Café con Leche.

The town of Inca, renowned for its leather goods and vibrant pedestrian zone, is a 15-minute drive away. For beach days, the Bay of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are ideal destinations. Playa de Muro, in particular, is family-friendly, featuring shallow waters, a playground, and a variety of watersports.

Set on a 3,000 m² estate in northern Mallorca near Muro, Can Jener offers not only convenience but also access to fresh, local produce at the weekly Sunday market. The beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the property due to the presence of animals on the finca.

The rental price includes additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool care, and cleaning. However, an extra charge will be applied to cover energy costs. Heating is charged at €1/L, and air conditioning at €0.40/kWh. Optional usage is billed based on actual consumption and settled on-site. A one-time service fee of €48 is charged for on-site support and access to our 24/7 emergency service.
