Very attractive holiday home for up to 8 people near Alaro

Description

Comfortable holiday home with a large garden and a private pool, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water during the hot summer months. You can enjoy your meals prepared on the barbecue outside in the shade of the trees. Take a seat in the chill-out area by the pool and relax with a good book.

The house is very attractively furnished and offers you on the ground floor a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs there is a large games room with table football and another bathroom. This room can only be accessed from the outside. For your comfort, the living room has air conditioning and the whole house has central heating. You will have a wonderful holiday here!

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A flat rate of € 100.00 is charged  for the final cleaning. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service. A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.

In the months of June and September the minimum rental period is 5 days.

In July and August the minimum rental period is 7 days.For the rest of the year, the minimum rental period is 3 days (exception: Easter week and Christmas)
