Description

This beautiful natural stone house is located on the outskirts of the small village of Búger. The house is bright and friendly, furnished in summery colours and exudes a lot of Mediterranean charm. The living area is located in the upper part of the house, with only the utility room below the terrace. The large terrace leads to the living room with adjoining open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms (one of which has an en suite bathroom) and the other two bathrooms are all located at the rear of the house. The 8 x 4 metre pool invites you to take a long dip on hot summer days. Right next to the pool is the barbecue house, where you are sure to spend pleasant evenings with a tasty barbecue or simply end the day with a good glass of wine on the terrace in the balmy summer air! All additional costs for water, electricity, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat rate of € 150.00 is charged for the final cleaning. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 300.00 must be paid.
From June to September the minimum rental period is 7 days.
