Magnificent house in the valley of Mancor de Vall with breathtaking views! The proximity to Inca offers you many amenities and good connections, be it to the beaches or to the capital Palma.

Description

The finca is more than 5000 m2 in size, so you can enjoy both peace and privacy. In addition to the large swimming pool and sunbathing area, the large garden and plot also offer you comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun and relax from the stress of everyday life. There is a table tennis table for the more sporty among you.
The house is divided into three floors: the ground floor is connected to the first floor by a staircase inside the house. The second floor can only be reached by an external staircase.. On the ground floor of the house there is a cosy living/dining room with a large table that can seat up to 14 people. Adjacent to the dining room is the large, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can go directly to the partly covered terrace, which is equipped with a large table and barbecue as well as a chill-out area. Furthermore, there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a living room, a dining room and a terrace from which you have a marvellous view. A further three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also located on the first floor. The seventh bedroom is on the second floor with a large en-suite bathroom.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A flat rate of € 480.00 is charged for the final cleaning. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.
In July and August only bookings from Saturday to Saturday are possible.
