Finca Can Alma in Cas Concos (Majorca, Southeast)

The finca, which was modernized in 2022, is surrounded by nature and offers great views. The property has a fantastic location that offers a lot of tranquility and at the same time the town of Cas Concos is not far away.

The interior of the property is of high quality and very tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning that share a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace access, each with air conditioning. In the cozy living room, the handmade fireplace provides cozy warmth in the winter months.

The new kitchen is equipped with very good household appliances. From the dining room you have access to the covered terrace with a large dining table and Weber grill. For relaxation, there is also a lounge area overlooking the pool. The roof terrace offers a great view of the surrounding area. Here you can relax in the evening with a good book.

The large garden has a beautiful pool (depth 1.60 m to 2.20 m – no children's area available) with sun terrace and sun loungers. Practical: A separate casita in the garden has a shower and a guest toilet, as well as a utility room. If you want to escape the sun, there is a games room in the basement with a pool table and a darts board. There is also the possibility to store any golf luggage here.

The property has underfloor heating, which makes it habitable all year round.

Cas Concos can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes and offers a wide range of different restaurants. In the kiosk and in the small supermarket you can get almost everything you need, including organic products. Within a radius of about 20 minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches that the southeast coast offers.
