Small, modern holiday home that is ideal for families with children.

Description

This holiday home is a quarter of a round building complex and is located in the Crestatx urbanisation near Sa Pobla. It has a combined living and dining room with an open, integrated kitchen, which is small but equipped with everything you need for a carefree family holiday. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom, whereby the bed can be pulled out so that two children can sleep here, for example. In the spacious garden area there is a small 3.5 x 7 metre pool, which offers refreshment on warm summer days. Of course, there is also a brick barbecue at your disposal so that nothing stands in the way of delicious barbecue evenings.

All additional costs for water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A flat rate of € 150.00 is charged for the final cleaning. A flat-rate energy fee of € 15.00/day will be charged. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
A deposit of € 500.00 must be paid.
From June to September the minimum rental period is 7 days.
