Magnificent typical Majorcan villa, totally refurbished and prepared for an unforgettable holiday in Port of Pollensa. This villa combines minimalist design and exquisite comfort. Ideal for everybody who desires intimacy, but does not want to give up a central location. Perfect for families, friends and couples. Description

As entering the villa, you have a double bedroom on your left hand side with TV and en suite bathroom. Next to this bedroom, is the living room with TV, DVD and Hifi – System for your Ipod on the left and the fully fitted and equipped kitchen on your right with adjoining dining room. The precious villa offers all mod-cons youmight need including central heating for the winter time and air conditioning for the summer time. The white holiday home is furnished in an elegant and minimalist style. Crossing the living room you step onto the patio of 50 m2 with automated sun shades and chillout corner, pool and jacuzzi. A stairway leads up to another sun-shaded terrace of 15 m2 with dining table, inviting for al fresco dinners. Behind this terrace there is a billiard room. As you walk through the kitchen a hall way on the right takes you to the other 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds, en suite bathrooms and access to the patio. Enjoy fabulous weeks in this privileged Mediterranean holiday retreat.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
