This lovely villa is situated in a private street in the urbanization of Cala Santanyi directly at the sea, which offers wonderful views over the open sea and the well-known rock “Es Pontas”. The independent villa will be totally reformed over the winter and the reformation should been finished at the middle/end of April 2018. The house has been divided over 2 floors. The kitchen on the ground floor will be extend and there will be a dining area with access to the covered terrace and the garden and pool area. Two of the bedrooms with private bathroom, terrace and sea view are situated at the same floor. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as the living area with a stunning sea view. The villa will be completely new furnished.

The pool can be heated and has a counter current installation (200,00 € p/w)

Description

All rooms of this elegant villa are offering view over the pool and the see. The bay of Cala Santanyi, with it´s fine sand beach, can be reached in only a few minutes’ walk. Here you will find several restaurants directly on the beach. The village Santanyi is situated on a 5- minutes’ drive and offers good shopping possibilities in various supermarkets, boutiques, weekly market (2x a week), bars and restaurants. Also, the romantic fisher village, Cala Figuera, can be reached in only a short car drive.

Poolheizung: 252,00 € pro Woche (Mindestgebühr)

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
