Villa Labonita is located 2 km south of the lively centre of San Antonio and offers the perfect location to be active or just relax as you please!

Description

The villa sits on a generous plot and is characterised by its manicured garden, which is lined with lush bougainvilleas and fruit trees. The garden stretches along the sides and rear of the property, while there is ample parking space at the front - all safely concealed behind a large electric gate.

By the pool, a shady, cosy lounge area invites you to relax, flanked by two spacious cabanas that offer ideal protection from the intense Ibizan sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue station with bar and a dining area, perfect for cosy Spanish evenings in the open air.

Villa Labonita is a spacious property with air conditioning and high-speed WiFi, which is available both in the house and in the garden.

The house impresses with a light-flooded, modern kitchen, a spacious living area and a large TV room equipped with a 62-inch TV, Netflix and English channels.

The villa is also ideally located: just a 10-minute walk from shops, 5 minutes by car from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport.

Additional information on rental rates

All utilities for water, garden maintenance and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. A one-off service fee of € 48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

General cleaning of the communal areas for a minimum of 3 hours: € 20 per hour.

A full cleaning of a bedroom and its bathroom, including a change of bed linen and additional towel change: € 50 per room.

A deposit of € 2,500.00 must be paid.
