This frontline villa is suitable for families with children as one can move around easily even without a car. Several beaches within walking distance as well as the town Cala d´Or.

Description

The 4 bedrooms (1 on the lower level and 3 on the upper level) are equipped with air conditioning. A staircase leads from the covered terrace down to the pool area. From the garden, a few steps lead down to a small wooden door that provides direct access to the rocks and the water. Cala Gran beach is just a 1-minute walk away via a rocky path, but it can also be easily reached via the main road.

The villa was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2015 and features central heating. Its excellent location makes it ideal for families with children, as getting around without a rental car is very easy. Several sandy beaches are within walking distance, and the village offers a great selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. The Cala d’Or marina, with its impressive yachts, is also accessible on foot and is home to some excellent restaurants.

Note: There is a construction site next to the villa. However, from Maundy Thursday until October 31, only interior work and installations that do not cause noise are permitted.
