This frontline villa is suitable for families with children as one can move around easily even without a car. Several beaches within walking distance as well as the town Cala d´Or.

Description

The Villa Jacaranda is located close to the town centre of Cala D’Or. The house is located at the sea and from the garden it is just a short way to the sandy beach of Cala Gran. The 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the top floor) are all equipped with air conditioning. A staircase leads from the covered terrace to the pool area, where another shady covered terrace is located. There are a few steps leading from the garden to a little wooden door from which one can reach the cliffs and the sea. The beach of Cala Gran is reachable within 1 minute through a rocky path but one can also reach it quickly via the normal street. The house was completely renovated and refurbished during the winter of 2023 and it disposes of central heating.

Additional information on rental rates

Hinweis: Eine Kaution in Höhe von € 500,00 muss hinterlegt werden.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
