This elegant newly build Finca is situated on a small hill above the picturesque village Alqueria Blanca and offers a magnificent view over the coast till the island of Cabrera.

Also, the natural park of Cala Mondrago with it´s beautiful sand beaches can be reached within a short drive by car. For the physical well-being, as well Alqueria Blanca as the small Fischer village Porto Petro are offering several nice restaurants.

The property has been equipped with finest materials and high quality furniture.

At the ground floor are 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms situated. The other 2 bright bedrooms are at the first floor, each of them with a bathroom en suite.

The finca has a bright living-/dining area with a fire place and an exclusive fitted kitchen (with wine fridge). Two covered terraces giving access to the pool, which is situated between the beautiful garden area. Here you also find a beach volleyball, bocce game area and tee-off exercise

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
