This beautiful property on the outskirts of the village of Ariany features an old mill, the main house, and two guest houses, each with a living area with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. A dream for a relaxing family vacation!

Description

As you drive onto the property, you will feel at home here. The property is equipped to a high standard, and the kitchen in the main house offers plenty of space for a large family. Both the garden and the house offer a stunning view of the Tramuntana Mountains. The outdoor area has various terraces, including a rooftop terrace where you can retreat to relax. In the evening, you can sit sociably under the covered pergola while grilling in the outdoor kitchen. Children are also catered for: there is a great playground for the younger guests and the older ones can enjoy themselves on the private tennis court, which also has basketball hoops.

All bedrooms and living rooms have modern air conditioning with cooling and heating functions, and during the colder months, the pool can be heated upon request.

During the travel period from November 3, 2024, to February 28, 2025, there is the option to rent only the main house (maximum 6 travelers) for €500.00 per night.

Over Christmas (December 23, 2024, to January 7, 2025), only the main house (maximum 6 travelers) can be rented for €500.00 per night.

When booking, we charge a deposit of €1,000.00.

The cost for the final cleaning is a one-time fee of €390.00. An additional cleaning service (€200.00) and/or a towel and bed linen change (€150.00) can be booked upon request. This additional service has to be paid on-site.

Electricity costs are not included and will be billed on-site according to usage (€0.30 per kWh).
